Stop Pro renewal
Once payments open, use the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt or RemoteDuo billing management to cancel Pro. This stops the next renewal and preserves access until the paid period ends. Cancellation does not itself refund past payments.
Unlimited has no renewal to cancel
Unlimited is paid once and does not expire or renew automatically. A refund request is separate from subscription cancellation.
